Jayapura, 8/1 ( Jubi ) – The Working Committee (Panja ) or Special Working Commettee ( Pansus) ‘s investigative report of the Papuan Legislative Council ( DPRP) declared that they are ready to follow up the Provincial Government of Papua on LHP- BPK 2013.
“So, It is true, PANJA LHP works slow, as a result, we consulted to the Supreme Audit Agency ( BPK), whether there is possibility or permission given to Panja or Pansus working on their supervision duty, to follow up the provincial government of Papua’ s audit report ( LHP) . BPK gave permission because not all of the follow – up process has done by the Provincial Government of Papua on 2013’s LHP. But there are significantly important suggestion from BPK that need to pay attention Pansus, BPK asked the legislators to guard the follow – up process no only in 2013, because the fact that the Provincial Government of Papua has not done this follow – up process since 2005. ” said Chairman of the Special Working Committee – LHP , Carolus Bolly to journalist in Jayapura on Wednesday ( 8/1).
Based on BPK’s data, the most significant findings in 2010, from total 51 recommendations, no single recommendation has been acted upon.
“I have not seen the details report in 2010, we have to uncover it, so that we do not speak wrongly. ” he added .
When asked if this might be done, Carolus Boll answered, we will work as optimal as possible to see and look for simple process. If there is a rule that allowing to take it out, maybe it won’t bother again.
“Indeed we should not grandiose promises to the community or anyone. We can be a goddess savior who could accomplish the entire sins of yesterday, is not the case. But this issue has been in front of our eyes, thus we need to work harder as possible to minimize these findings.If we do not minimize these debts, the opinion will be given by BPK on our performance managing the finances and assets will remain disclaimer.” he said.
In previous, Head of Finance and Asset Management Agency Regions ( BPKAD ) Papua province, Benjamin Arisoy said they are currently doing to follow up on the findings of BPK over Audit Reports ( LHP ) of Finance Government of Papua Province .
“Things that are followed up as recommended by BPK, such as concerning on financial matters, administration and local assets are assessed by BPK has not been accounted for. ” said Benjamin Arisoy . (Jubi / Alex/ Tina )
