Enarotali , 20/5 ( Jubi ) – Distributors have accused of selling subsidized fuel at industrial prices in Paniai, a local leader said.

The head of the Paniai Indigenous Council, Melianus Yumai said, pump operators like PT Gunung Bobaigo, PT Sakti Adhi Pertiwi and PT Pusaka Dewa Krishna have not distributed fuel evenly and sold it in Madi city only since 2010.
“The subsidized fuel sales base is concentrated in one place and very detrimental to people in Paniai , ” Yumai said to tabloidjubi.com in Enarotali on Tuesday afternoon ( 20/5).

Most people in Paniai Regency always complain about the availability of fuel because pumps usually open for a few hours and then closed after that.
“People get difficulties to find subsidized fuel of Rp 6.500. Therefore, they have to go to retailers at a price of Rp 10,000 per liter, ” he said.

One of Enarotali resident, Elya Nawipa accused the misuse of subsidized fuel by selling hundreds of liters to the retailers in the Enarotali and Madi towns.
