Jayapura, Jubi/Antara – Jayapura Mayor Benhur Tommy Mano has chosen a Catholic Senior High School, SMA YPPK Taruna Dharma, to become a green school.
Benhur said he hoped all parties could support the school in order to become one of the environmentally-friendly schools.
“The school has become an important part in helping the city government educate, nurture and teach children,” he said on Saturday (10/1)

The mayor, who served as head of the Department of Revenue of Jayapura said it never discriminate between private schools and public schools.
“We would not discriminate between private and public schools and during this time the relationship with all the school has been running well,” he added. (*/Tina)
