Biak, Jubi – Supiori police plans to conduct regular visits to all villages throughout 2015. This was revealed by the chief of Police Supiori, AKBP. Riyatan Anny, when met Jubi on Wednesday afternoon (7/1) in the city of Biak, Papua.
He then said the visit will begin from January to December 2015 in order to hear directly villagers’ reports and village government about the security and stability in their territory and also to bring the police closer to the community.
Pastor of Kristus Raja church, Yosua Sarakan said the community and he himself werevery grateful for the people could report at threat to security that occurred in their villages directly.
“For example, the drunk people always make a trouble, destroy public property and even commit crimes,” Sarakan added. (Marten Boseren/Tina)
