Jayapura, 2/7 (Jubi) – Governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe gives one month’s notice to the Unit Workings (SKPD) to submit the 2013 Final Report. Until now, it is only 10 of 44 SKPD submitted the 2013 final report. The same thing is also happened on the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (IKK).
“This report is very important because we are committed to promote transparency of the use of local finance,” said Governor Lukas Enembe in Jayapura on Friday (2/7).
Lukas Enembe urges all SKPD to not ignore or delay the delivery of the final report and the report of IKK. He further confirmed the data and information from each SKPD are the key to preparing the Provincial Administration Realization Report (LPPD)
Meanwhile, Assistant Secretary III Papua, Reky D Ambrauw said based on Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government, each head of SKPD is obliged to report to the local government.
“Whether it is a report of accountability information from each SKPD’s head, and report of local government performance to the community,” he stated.
He added besides the Law on Local Government, there is also Government Regulation No. 3 of 2007 which set technical preparation and report delivery.
“So, once again, the 2013 Final Report is necessary to measure the success of the development carried out by SKPD leaders. LPPD is an obligation that must be carried out by the local government. So, at the end of this month, each SKPD must submit the 2013 Final Report,” he said. (Jubi /Alex/Tina)
