The Jayapura Legislative Council (Jubi)
Jayapura , 13/5 ( Jubi ) – The Jayapura Legislative Council ( DPR Jayapura) is seeking to optimize its performance related to its rights, obligations, the roles and finances before the current period is over.
“Because of the increase in Jayapura city’s population, the number of seats for Jayapura City Council has increased from 30 to 40 and this change and the legislative laws should be discussed and socialized to the public and each candidate,” Yakob Ingratubun in Jayapura city on Tuesday ( 13/5).
Ingratubun said the the move is not only intended to provide some insight but also to evaluate the performance of the DPR Jayapura.
Suherman, member of the PKS faction of Jayapura City Council, said that it is also important to provide inputs and evaluation on the progress in implementation of the Structure and the existing rules. ( Jubi / Sindung/ Tina )
