Jayapura, Jubi – Papua Governor Lukas Enembe is concerned and regretted the act of irresponsible individuals who attempt to inhibit the application of the one-price fuel of oil program in the land of Cenderawasih.
“I hear a lot from the public that there are certain efforts make problems of fuel in Papua, this should not be happened,” Lukas said in Jayapura on Thursday (October 26).
According to Lukas, the equalization of a fuel price in Papua is a government program that should be supported by all people, instead of creating new problems.
“BBM (fuel) is now has one price in Papua and the same as in other areas, for that, let’s support what has been done by the central government for the land of Cenderawasih,” he said.
He also said all parties in Papua are expected to support the government program of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), especially the fuel of this price.
He added that President Jokowi has seen Papua has been tens of years suffering from extraordinary expensive fuel price, so that all parties and the people of Papua should support the program.(Antara/Zely)
