Jayapura, Jubi- Nearly 4.1 million people joined the national insurance program under BPJS in Papua and West Papua provinces, an official said.
About 3. 1 million of those are in Papua while nearly 1 million in West Papua, the head of marketing at BPJS Papua Hamid Sirajuddin told Jubi on Wednesday (14/1).
“This includes the National Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) financed by the state budget and the Independent of 33 249,”
Furthermore, he said each hospital has BPJS center to serve and facilitate the public so that if there is a complaint it can be reported at that place.
Oji, one health center employee admitted there is a capital fund although it is a small but very helpful.
“With the funds of Rp 13 million, which is very helpful for health centers,” he said. (SindungSukoco)
