Jayapura, Jubi – Jayapura General Hospital director, Yerry Msen said that polyclinic service will open at 08:00 am
“Yes, many patients usually have to wait because sometimes the clinic opened at 9:00 am. Now it will not happen again.I assure you, it will open at 08.00 am. Please come and see it by yourself, ” Msen said on Friday (24/10).
Patient referrals from Community Health Center (Puskesmas) will be no longer worry because Jayapura public hospital has added 15 doctors in order to improve the services of 38 doctors to 52 general practitioners. As for specialists, it has approximately 40 physicians.
Earlier, director deputy of hospital, Anton Mote said, there were some points that is emphasized in the hospital in order to change it. one of them was to focus in fulfilling routine services such as drugs and standard medical tools.
“We hope that the compliance with the standard tools like USG, CT scan will be equiped next year. As a referral hospital in Papua, the tool does not exist in other hospitals, ” Mote explained at the time. (Arjuna Pademme/Tina)
