Jayapura, Jubi – At least four Port Numbay candidates out of 30 candidates of the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN) passed the first selection process and will take the last test to become IPDN students.
“As many as 4 out of 13 Port Numbay applicants are selected . Currently they’ve been on campus IPDN in Jatinangor, West Java, ” Head of Jayapura Regional Personnel, Frans Pekey confirmed on Tuesday (21/10).
This year the amount of aid from Jayapura municipal government for them would be different from previous years because of more Port Numbay candidates selected this year.
“We must share the responsibility with their parents. Some will be funded by local government and some will be covered by parents. For example,local government will cover their ticket and other needs will be handled by parents. It has been discussed and they agreed to it, “he added.
He declined to say how much money the government will shoulder.. “I am not able to estimate it. I have to look at the data,” Pekey said
